In Brussels, a "zinneke" is a dog, without specific race. We owe this "zinneke", which relieves the corner of rue des Chartreux, the sculptor Tom Frantzen. It symbolizes the multicultural character of Brussels and also pays tribute to the Manneken Pis.

Really funny statue ! Great idea this sculptor had, and it's so realistic that it could be taken for real if you don't pay much attention!
