The last week I have a lot problems with my PC.
I hope that all is over

A vacation picture of two year ago from Durbuy a nice vacation place, an small city in Wallonia

Durbuy, in the south of Belgium, in Wallonia, at the doorstep of the Ardennes is a famous and recognized destination. Nevertheless, for several years the town has been developing a strategy aimed at better organising the tourist flow, better targeting its clients and reorganising tourism on its entire territory.

Bonjour John,
finement retravaillée en post processing cette photo, de manière à booster un peu les couleurs et équilibrer les lumières, mais aussi l'accentuation des contrastes et sans doute la beauté du ciel.
Un beau souvenir d'une journée d'été chaude.

Een mooie compositie John, Giede, gesatureerde kleuren en mooie contrastem. De biker is mooi geplaatst. Durbuy was voor 1830 de grens van het Hertogdom Luxemburg en staat te boek als de kleinste stad van Europa..

Très belle composition avec une belle utilisation du bikker bien situé dans l'image pour donner de la profondeur à cette image. j'aime le contraste entre cette moto et les paisibles anciens bâtiments cachés dans la végétation.

Hi John,

The presence of the people and of the biker has an effect of scale. The trees are framing well the park and the building. The point of view takes my eye toward the building which is giving depth to the composition. The afternoon light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

ja John hier ben ik wat keren geweest zeg
vanwaar U de foto heeft genomen is een restaurant, waar we tijdens een onweersbui het mee maakte dat het dak ervan af woei. Wauw wat een spectakel was dat. Er zijn altijd veel motorrijders te vinden daar, goede foto, van een zomerse dag. prettige avond.

Another of your outstanding compositions that shows in a fine and expressive way both the interesting architecture of this tourist town and its street life. The motorcycle in the foreground is a very good focal point and together with the couple at the right makes the whole scene more rich and alive.
The photo possesses your usual excellent clarity, a perfect light management and bright and intense colours. I do appreciate a lot the brilliancy of the whole image.

After the "TE disaster" of yesterday, let me be as quick as possible. Nobody knows, how things will proceeed today.
This capture again is again a perfect one with quite fresh colors and nice pov.
The biker in the foreground with helmet creates a nice contrast to the two "dickie"s at right.

Fine contrast between the old architecture and the new in form of the bike. The castle creates a fine contrast as well...the tree in the middle creates a food pivot to the picture and the people add to scale. Good work!

Bonjour John,

J'y suis déjà passé il y a plusieurs années avec ma mère, c'était en période estivale également mais en août et nous avons beaucoup aimé cette petite citée de caractère... Une photo originale et bien composée avec un traitement qui booste bien tant les couleurs que les différentes lumières, j'aime bien l'équilibre donné par la moto et les touristes. Belle et intéressante composition, merci John.

Hello John, Nice shot & full of life with your usual standard of high quality. The motorcyclist is the main focus & perfectly placed in the frame, his front wheel is slightly blurred indicating motion, another interesting element. Excellent colour & detail.
