Photographer’s Note
Driving through the forest just before the night.
Along the Ourthe river (a confluent of the Meuse), a favorite for kayak descents.

Hello Michele,
Very well done, it should not be easy to take such picture from a car. The light is perfectly manage and give a strong atmosphere. The lack of details do not disturb me and give a feeling, probably related to the fear.
Regards, Eric.

Bonjour Michèle,
Superbe abstraction à la fois sombre et lumineuse, presque transparente. La texture est très belle aussi.
J'aime beaucoup!
Bon WE, amicalement

As long as you are able to convey the feeling you've got yourself into whilst being there - it's OK by me.
And, I can see the lights of the car...The open window...
The smell of the river near by...
The hair messed up by the strong breeze...
As long as you are able to convey it to me - I'll be there...

Wow... Very mysterious Michele. It reminds me some sequences of the series Twin Peaks...the night and the forest lacerated by the car lights and all the supernatural elements associated to it...
Shivering... :-)))

Hi Michele, I like it, that's a good illustration of a drive in late evening, esp. like how we see the blue hour between the trees... regards, Daniel

Very clever and imaginative, Michele. I never would have thought something like this would work, but it does! Not your best by any means, but still pleasing to look at. I mainly impressed that you anticipated the result!
My one recommendation would be a very thin white line to separate the image from the black frame. Regards, Ken.

Hi Michelle,
Another photo I can whip out the Argento comparison to. This reminds me so much of the cab ride through the woods in the opening of "Suspiria". I could loop that scene and watch it for hours.
I can hear the fabulous Goblin soundtrack looking at this.

Hi again,
I have looked at this one several times, and did not hook to me until now. It is a more difficult work to swallow, first I thought it's bit self indulgent (you know, we all have these moments ;-) .... but in a certain frame of mind, it can work. Like right now, for me (which does not make it NOT self indulgent, mind you) .. but anyway, like a hallucination, the hour of the wolf (check the I. Bergman movie), something threatening, but maybe not ... And aesthetically, you managed to avoid overexposing the light areas (I tried these kinds of images before, and they were brutally overexposed in the bright areas).

ps: sorry, out of greenies, but I dont think you care that much, right? :-)

Bravo, super vraiment !
Bises,
C.
