Hello John,
It's nice to see you on this site, too!
I think this angled view gives an even better view of the castle than your other shot. The reflections are just superb.
Again, the focus is sharp which captures the fine details of texture and shape perfectly.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hello John,
looking at this photo I suddenly realized that I like it that the reflection of the castle in the water is not "full" and is cropped at the bottom. Thus, it makes the photo much better, even though the mirror reflection in the water is superb!
Anyway the scene looks a bit gloomy - but maybe because of the weather. But whatever kind of weather it is, undeniably, this is a beautiful view - and a photo certainly WITH a mood :)
Warm regards
and wishes of a nice Sunday!

Bonjour John ,

Hello John,
It is a pity the bottom of the reflection is cropped as it distorts the symmetry of the image. Nevertheless, a well conceived composition with an excellent point of view. Lovely soft light and colours; something for which we share a preference I think. The detail in the architecture is beautifully captured.

John,
This is a great shot with an excellent reflection. The reflection adds depth to the scene, I only wish you could have captured the full reflection of the castle. The lighting and colors are great in the muted light conditions.

Asa

Bonjour John
