| One of the flows of the river Dijle that criss-cross the Belgian city of Leuven. This shot was taken near the back entrance to the st. Geertrui abbey. the last building you see if you follow the wall on the left is a wing of the abbey that was built after the first world war, using debris from houses destroyed by the fire that destroyed most of the town centre in the early days of the German invasion. |
