Photographer's Note
It was beautiful Saturday. A bit cold and windy, but that didn't bother us. We were having lunch in Brugge when we decided to take a ride to the sea.
At 15.00 we arrived in Oostende. Sun was shining and it was perfect time for a walk on the beach. I was walking on the soft sand and trying not to get too much of it in my shoes, when I noticed a small dog running around this lady. Maybe some of you will say..Ohh, nothing special in that. But it was special to me, so I decided to take a shot and froze this moment in time.
And after that I sat on the ground, took sand out of my shoes and watch the people passing by.

Nice capture!! I do like the atmosphere in your picture! The simplicity of the moment... has been succesfully frozen in time! Sometimes... the simplicity is not as silent as we think! I like your picture...it trasmits with success what you describe in your note.

Hi Stasa, this is a nice scene, like I like them and I understand your feeling. I enjoy the minimalistic composition, with lady and dog at the right place to create a tension and also a feeling of space. I have the impression that the quality of the textures could be better, nevertheless it's good and the sepia toning adds to the mood.

Draga Staša,
iznad svega kompozicija mi se sviđa. Četvrtina kopna i tri četvrtine vode. Usmerenost kuce i žene jedno ka drugom čini kompoziciju opravdanom i sadržajnom. Odličan kadar i ideja. Puno te pozdravljam i uživaj u vikendu.

Živjo Staša,
Tale mi je všeč, ker sem nekoliko artsy nocoj. :> Fina kompozicija. Obrezovanje vertikale se je splačalo, saj bolj povleče pogled na oba subjekta. ČB oz. sepija tut kar fino notr paše. Mogoče so detajli sam mal premal izraziti, npr. ostrina mal popačena, ampak drugač pa vse dobro.
Pa uživaj v snegu. :)

Bianco e nero? Che strano effetto! Mi piace. I dettagli non nitidissimi creano un effetto di poeticitŕ che fa pensare. Brava. D.
