This little house with number 16 is one of Lissewege's cutest. You'll find other pictures of this house in the Lissewege gallery, including some by rodgerg and an earlier one by yours truly. I hope this is a worthy addition to the series.

LISSEWEGE is a typical Flemish polder village. A polder is low-lying land enclosed by dikes.

Though locked between the port of Zeebrugge and the rather busy road to Bruges, this little white charmer is a nostalgic reminder of times gone by and counts as one of the most beautiful villages in Belgium.
