Photographer’s Note

Brugse Zot is beer made at De Halve Maan brewery in Brugge. Belgium is famous for its beers, especially strong ones. For hot and sunny days those with more than 6% alcohol aren't quite optimal though, as they don't help the thirst.

Going to holidays, back in July.

Hi Kari,
You definitely had much better weather than we had, five days later! I really like this sunne picture although I prefer Orval in the glass!

I agree with you. I don't like so much beer but the Belguim bears... Yes !
In Portugal we have some bars only with belgium beers, strongs, fine smell and taste
Fine POV and colours. I like the atmophere in background

This dark beer looks quite refreshing and I can see why you took a sip before photographing this lovely brew.

Nice portrait of a glass and its content.
I'd have preferred a telephoto shot, with less depth of field, to shade the bg, but it's a question of taste.
