| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Not being able to sleep in hotel beds, no matter how long and drunken the previous night had been, i decided to turn my nsomnia into something nice and decided to venture into the city centre of Gent (or Ghent, please yourself) before the rest of the town woke up. As a result i got some nice pics of the major tourist spots, without the actual tourists cramming up the photograph.
So here is a sunday morning view of a sleeping Graslei. This area has been an important harbour since the 11th century. Mostly because grain had to be unloaded and stored in this city (Stapelrecht). The gables of the riverside here are a convincing testament of these prosperous times. |

Bonsoir Johan,
Très bon cadrage et bon choix du format..! Jolies couleurs et très beau reflet également....Un ciel un peu fade peut être....!
Bien à toi.
