Photographer’s Note
to the Royal Yacht Club Ostend, the oldest club of Belgium. The city of Oostende with its 9 km of sandy beaches is the biggest and most popular resort of the Belgian coast; The marina is situated at the end of the harbour and has a direct access to the sea and is always accessible whatever the tide. Even boats with big draughts' and a extra long-size can have a berth at low tide!

Bonjour John,
I was yesterday also in Oostende, but I see no flags in background of the 200 small ships!
"Oostende onder zeil"
We see here the Mercator after his maintenance, with in background the railway station.
Sharpness and clarity are superb.
Good perspective and presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice sunday,
John.
