Photographer’s Note

This picture taken at St-Laureins in Belgium on 2 km of the Netherlands borders, a agriculture region.
June, hay month in Belgium. A lot of farmers use machines to mow hay, afterwards pack up it for the winter.
I have again made a large depth and certainly do not forget the sky with the clouds.

Salut John,
Voila une très belle photo champêtre !!! Bien plus qu'une photo, je dirais que cela ressemble a un tableau de maître avec ce ciel digne des plus grand.
Très bel effet de profondeur avec ce sillon de foin, le tout très bien cadré !!

Bonjour John,
c'est fou comme on reconnait tes photos rien qu'en jetant un regard rapide sur les thumbnails. Des couleurs toujours bien calibrées, des cadrages soignés, de paysages choisis avec gout.
Photo nette et bien cantrastée, un superbe ciel.
Je vais un peu tenter d'utiliser tes règlages pour des photos de paysages.
Je les trouve très efficaces.

Goeiemorgen John,
Interessant landschap met deze keer het gemaaide hooi op de voorgrond. Prachtige wijdse blik richting die rijen bomen daar in de verte. Die paar takken linksboven zijn ook leuk, prima werk.

On ne lasse pas de ces superbes paysages qui sont apaisants et bien colorés.
La composition est bien vue avec un magnifique ciel nuageux et la petite branche à gauche qui apporte un charmant élément pictural.

Hi John,
Well painted fields view with excellent depth and clarity, as Danel wrote in full jhm-esque rural style (interesting how we develop a TE slang, like a carperian sky or a jhm-esque canalside...). I like here too the subtle nuances of color to be observed on the field and the good diffusion of the clouds in the sky.

Het doel van TE is de wereld ondekken dankzij foto's. Ik den dat jij echt dat doel berijkt voor jouw streek.

Dag John, nog eentje van juni? De boeren beginnen ondertussen al hun andere oogsten uit te rijden. Het zal weer druk worden de komende weken. Ik vind dat één van de mooiste momenten van het jaar als alles begint geoogst worden. Mooi genomen hier, vooral door je pov tegenover de hopen gras. Doet me denken aan de graancirkels die buitenaardse wezens (zogezegd) maken. In ieder geval, je opstelling creeert goeie diepte. Mooie kleuren, mooie lucht, takken in de hoek zijn een goed element.

Hi John, The front tree branch and the background trees have shown the depth of the picture. You have done an excellent job playing the DoF. I like the composition as well. Nice 1/3 2/3 dividing. An well taken picture with nice contrast and sharpness.

Hi John. You have some really pleasant lines and colors. Again I would suggest a lower shutter speed and higher aperture. But again I'm seeing incredible DOF for f3.5. Nicely done John, I like it!

There are signs of great calculation and considerations in taking this otherwise simple scene. The lighting, the clouds and the placement of the vanishing point all make it an interesting shot. I love the very good range of colours. Excellent shot!! Have a nice day.

Alle details zijn hier sterk te onderscheiden met hun contrasterende kleuren en scherpte tot bijna het uiterste toe wat dit beeld zo merkwaardig maakt.
Mooi John , je benaderd met deze wel de limiet in sherpte en kleuring wat in deze benadering de foto dan weer uniek maakt.

Goedemorgen John, prachtig werk! De zeer fraaie lucht met 3D kwaliteiten doet niet onder voor dit prachtige veld met zijn rijkdom aan volle groene, gele en rode tonen. Het patroon lijkt wel van een racetrack. Hierdoor is het een natuurgraphimse op de koop toe. Erg goed!

Your nature field landscapes are allways very good and well captured. The horizon is perfect and in the right level. THe branch tree in the left is a lovely adition.

A very nice depth here, John. And a very broad one, too. That broad stroke of the curve in the field really draws the eye out and around which adds to the broadness. The branches in the corner add to the depth and enhance a nice diagonal line across the scene. And then the big sky opens up adding to the broadness. And beautiful colors as always, John. Nicely done.

Wow! This is my kind of shot. The colour and texture of the fields is remarkable - rich and yet not at all over saturated. The large sky proportion seems just right. This resembles a painting and perhaps a scene from agricultural life of long ago. I find it immensely satisfying. Artistically rendered. Well done, John.
