Bonjour Pierre,

La prise de vue en diagonale donne une bonne profondeur à l'image. Les détails de l'architecture des maisons ressort très bien malgré le temps gris. Il ne semblait pas faire bien chaud si j'en juge par l'habillement des passants.

Bonjour Pierre,

Une belle enfilade de maisons typiquement flamandes alignée le long d'un quai avec les détails de cette belle architecture bien captés. Le rouge "claquant" des anoraks du couple de touristes occupés à lire une carte apporte de la lumière à ce jour gris.

Bonjour Pierre,
the askew angel on the street emphasys depth of field in the image, showing town's beautiful archi. in it's facades.
Good details inspite of the noteable cloudy sky.

I am a little bit surprised about the a lot picture that you took in Ghent.
You found all the pictoresque streets and lovely fronts.
I am happy that a tourist has found these lovely places.

Pierre,
Great shot of these beautiful buildings despite the less than perfect weather. The angle of the shot works great giving the scene depth and direction. I like the inclusion of the people in the red coats adding a point of interest for the shot.

at first glance, i thought this may be in Bergen in Norway. the architecture looks very similar.
althought the sky is overexposed due to really bad lighting, its the buildings that are the main highlight.
love the cobblestone as well.
lots of great features here.

Fine details in the architecture, and the guys in red really stand out in the more dull surroundings!

Hello Pierre,

Ces deux touristes avec leurs parkas rouges apportent une petite touche de couleur et en font oublier ce ciel blanc que malheureusement tu as eu lors de ton séjour. Néanmoins ça n'enlève en riel l'intérêt du lieu et ton bon cadrage sur cette architecture bien typique de la région. J'apprécie la profondeur de l'image. Intéressante photo, merci Pierre.
