Photographer’s Note
The stone church of St.Nicolas monastery in Mogilev that used to be a place of Orthodox Christians pilgrimage, was erected in the second half of the 17th century to replace an earlier wooden building. The Baroque complex, with church and monastery, was re-opened for services in 1990 and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
