Aurora Borealis is not an often guest at 53rd parallel north, but it doesn`t stop local aurora hunters from chasing it. This photo was taken by photographer Konstantin Harlamov on the night of August, 5, near city of Minsk, Belarus. Photographer`s friend searching for the sign of Northern Lights. The night sky is breathtakingly clear and beautiful and you can see the Milky Way so close that you can almost touch it.

Great mood and composition here! You really captured the beauty of the Milky Way.

Hi Konstantin. Impressive result. The inclusion of the individual and car fills up the foreground nicely and lessens the glare in the bottom half of the sky. Pozdrav. Klaudio.

I imagine you used a combination of different images (stacking, as in astrophotography), or a very loooong exposure (the second one is my better guess, becasue of the stars' trails).
Anyway, the result is impressive.
Kind regards and my compliments!
