Photographer’s Note
The river Neman or Nemunas is a major Eastern European river rising in Belarus and flowing through Lithuania before draining into the Curonian Lagoon and then into the Baltic Sea at Klaipėda.
This is the best place for artist and photographers, sure:)

Hello Kristina,
This scene reminds me very much of the type of sites the French Impressionists used to paint, and I can see how it appeals to modern artists and photographers. The good resolution in the grass stands in distinction to the dark background. Is that a painter with an easel on the left?
I returned from the Mediterranean late last night. A 25-day sojourn took me to nine countries and approximately 15 ports. These ports included the Black Sea ports of Yalta and Odessa (in the Ukraine), Constanta (in Romania) and Istanbul (in Turkey). Unhappily, the cruise did not go to the Baltic, or the North Sea (where the last photo I posted) was taken. Today I returned to classes and taught two already, but will take some time to get over the jet lag. I took a lot of photos, but this is the first time I've had a chance to look at TE and offer a few critiques.
Warm regards, Kristina,
Bulent
