A Moment in Salzburg Photo

Photographer’s Note

Another view of my July 2008 trip in Austria and Hungary: Salzburg .
As you can see, the modern cars coexist peacefully with some older transportation means--the two-horses carriages. The castle on the BG, on that hill, is the Salzburg Fortress or Festung Hohensalzburg in German.
In front of it, you can see a the green tower of St. Peter'Abbey church or Stift St. Peter of Salzburg.

It is a quite unusual view of the famous city but yet a very nice one. Looks like the traffic is a bit jammed! The picture is a bit noisy but has a good POV and nice colours.

Hello Andreea,

The castle on the hilltop is a really impressive piece of architecture!
I also notice the contrast between the horse and carriage and the more modern taxi in front, hehehe...
The city scene is well composed, and the image has a fine feeling of depth!

Hi Andrea,
very nicely composed photo of ancient and modern transportation,good view of architectural elements of buildings. Beautiful colors,saturation and sharpness. Fortress at the top of the hill creates the completion of the whole photo composition.

belle photo de cette rue avec notre oeil qui suit la route, monte la haut et voit ces colones très jolies et derrière plus haut ce batiment fortifié de toute beauté.
