Photographer’s Note
Bettelwurf Mountain Hut, Tyrol, Austria.
After turning to the east from the Lafatscher Joch, another 1 and 1/2 hours walk lead us without any difficulty to the Bettelwurf mountain hut. Once arrived we ate the traditional "Knödelsuppe" and had some drinks.
The Bettelwurf Hut is at 2077m and was built in 1894. A cable system allows the tenants to get food and other goods up to the hut.

Mike,
Your composition and POV are fantastic here showing this building from an angle that gives the scene depth and direction. The rail helps lead the eye through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail. The deep blue sky provides nice contrast to the scene.

Hello Mike,
A great POV of the mountain hut with resting hikers enjoying the view. I like the rugged mountain background. Interesting to see the red/white painted windows high in the mountain too. I guess they represent the Austrian or Tirolean flag. Sounds like a great hike. Regards. Latiff.
