[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Four Emotions: Fury

When you´re furious you want to tear the sky apart and set the world on fire. Good bye rationality, nothing is safe anymore, everything can be broken or turned upside down in a matter of seconds. Relations, things, careers. Afterwards you might be sorry, but it´s too late. Things won´t be as they were before.
Nevertheless, a destructive and creative emotion at the same time, as it clears the terrain for new developments.

This is the first of four photos representing a little experiment. I try to express the essentials of four emotions in four photos, all shot in the same place (the park of the castle of Schönbrunn in Vienna) within a single afternoon, without showing faces expressing the emotions. Some of it is done by the composition of the photo, some by PP.

Check out the other three as well. Curious, if you like it!

Hello Johannes,

The clouds give this view a very dramatic effect. The choice of black and white works very well to create a strong mood. Good perspective of this roof and sky together. Nice work.

Roberto

Hallo Johannes,
seems the first fits well the note, the sky seems furious!
what have you done lately???
regards,didier

Hallo Johannes,
würde sagen, perfekt getroffen. Drückt die Stimmung toll aus. Gefällt mir, die Idee, so nach dem Motto "3 colours:blue".. bin schon gespannt auf die anderen :)
LG christian

Buna Johannes

Very true about what you wrote in the note...unfortunately.
Your picture shows more the "tear the sky apart" part, which is so dramatic, angry, like turning into a "rain" of ugly words.
I salute the idea and the experiment and looking forward to see your next three postings.
Very well presented.

Numai bine,
Lucian
