a simple compo, the man alone in a full snowy place makes it impressive, he is very good placed, the snow is very good written, the small shadow parts and the light play on the snow gives also a nice effect.

I hope you are fully recovered by now. I like the minimalist composition that relies on the graphical lines of the tracks in the snow and, of course, the lone snowboarder and his shadow. Very good tones and clarity.

You got a full series from that ski lift trip! Another nice one here with strong contrast adding graphism to the ski tracks on the deep snow. The snowboarder is well placed and the capture nicely timed. The white is as white as it should be.

Kannst Du da bitte nochmal hingehen,wenn ein rot,orange,oder vielleicht neongrün gekleideter Snowboarder seine Kapriolen treibt.....
Wäre toll für den Kontrast aber auch so ist es ein tolles Bild.Die Spuren im Schnee sehen toll aus und der Sportsmann ist gut platziert.
Habe heute für den neuen Klinikprospekt bei der Wirbelsäulengymnastik fotografiert,vorher noch meine Kollegin gebeten mit bunten Therabändern zu arbeiten,betrete den Saal und alle 11 Patienten haben schwarze oder dunkelblaue Klamotten an.Shit happens...Also nächste Woche nochmal.

so you are 100% now...that good for us since you will be able to post your images. I like the graphism of this shot. It has an interesting apealing with the track on snow...but it wouldn't be the same thing without the human element. Great work!

Hi Ulf. Great photo. You have caught the texture of the now well. The pic is almost BW but for the boarders head, I feel this also emphasises the texture of the snow. Well captured and thanks for sharing.

Brilliantly captured and composed. I like the simplicity of the composition just mainly using the ski tracks to dominate the scene. The lone snow boarder is a wise inclusion as he gave added dynamics to the compo. Well captured and composed with very good contrast. You also managed to control well the stark lighting from the snow. Excellent work! tfs

I, somehow, like the strong light, giving a special touch to the snow tracks, with the good capture of the skier and his shadow. The different shades of the white and the textures are well rendered.

This snowborder, is a sculptor. Its tavail is an abstract work. Your difficult framing shows beautiful diagonals and curves. The man brings a different form and colors in the sculpture. Very good work.

Excellent timing to capture the snowboarder together with the great traces and tracks in the snow. The light enhances the contrast between the snow and shadows of the man and the tracks. Great work, thanks for sharing!

this is very artistic and the apparent simplicity makes for a sophisticated look. I like it very much, great mood on the shining snow, well caught movement of the snowboarder and his/her shadow...almost no colors, almost a b/w, well seen and executed, compliments.

I like the silver texture of the colours. The boarder look great carving up some snow on the way down. Is always fun trying to get shots from the chairlift as often they turn out too blurry. In this case is ok. Good work Ulf.
