MUSEO SWAROVSKI

SWAROVSKI A BRILLIANT COMPANY.
Pioneers were always way ahead of their time. In their minds they conceived the inconceivable. In their fantasies they created the impossible. When he invented an automatic cutting machine at the end
of the 19th Century, Daniel Swarovski opened the door to a world of fantasy.

The magic word was crystal. A raw material, which even the most ancient cultures ascribed beneficial, valuable, indeed miraculous properties. This fascinating material transformed the world of fashion and beauty into a seductively sparkling universe. It inspired the human race and enriched both art and culture.

Looks like an interesting museum to visit! nice capture...

Hola Joan i Natalia,

Bravo
Xavier

Nice shot Joan! I've wanted to go there for a while, but never quite made it out there, so thankyou for showing me what it looks like :D

Photographically, the thing that bothers me most is the blown out sky - looks like the light was coming from the left, so perhaps you could have moved around the lake a little? If it was clear a polarizing filter might have helped too. If it was cloudy, perhaps a graduated ND filter - but I realise they're a pain to use. Another option would be to bracket and then merge to HDR, using something like Photomatix. Something that's easier to fix, is rotation - it's difficult to work out where the horizon is here, but I think it's slightly tilted - try rotating it 3°CCW (in Photoshop, Image/RotateCanvas/Arbitrary).

Anyway, despite those suggestions, it's a nice capture of somewhere I want to visit :D

Hello Joan & Natalia.
Unusual entrance to a museum! Good POV and composition. Pity that it's a little bright (but I read in your intro that you show your photos as taken). Great capturing the jet of water.
Thanks for sharing

HOLA JOAN Y NATALIA

Ben vista!

Salutacions, Òscar

Hi Joan i Natalia,
Excellent perspective of the SWAROVSKI MUSEUM. I like how you framed the picture and note. It's pity the over-exposition of the sky but i like it
TFS and have a nice week
Aires

Emilius

thanks for sharing this picture, it's very interesting!
Inside I wonder if it sparkels like the crystals they sell in the stores.
Looks like fun trip!
Cheers!
