great night time shot. the reflections on the water are very clear. your focus is good ... the lights are bright and have a good glow to them. 7 second exposure looks like a perfect choice.
personally, i might have cropped a little off the left side. to push the castle into the corner and allow more of the bridge into the shot.
great effort!

Beautiful night shot. The light are super and the church is very well light.
