Steinkogelhaus Photo

Photographer’s Note

The Steinkogelhaus is located 600 meters just above Mayrhofen, you have there a nice view to the end of the valley.
It is easy to reach it from the surrounding village Brandberg, but from there, the cars are not allowed to go on the public streets, so you have to walk a bit!

Hi Didier. Nice atmosphere in this one - I have noticed that is it not all that easy to take good photos in a foggy environment, but this one turned out quite well as we can see the hilltop building emerge in between the layers of haze. I also like the panoramic format and the subtle presence of color.

Very lovely image, Didier. I love the way the whisps of mist and fog finger their way up through the photo to isolate this small place. I did a workshop to enhance that further. Nice work, Didier!

Wow Didier, very misty day in Tyrol, between the mountains can it weather very fast change, a pity for your and family for the rain day, never pleasant a rain day on holiday. Good composition.

Qaouhhhh pas mal tout ca. Ca doit pas être évident de bien exposer ce genre de scène et tu t'en tires parfaitement bien.
Le cadrage avec ce format pano est bien vu.
Une sacrée atmosphère se dégage de cette photo !
En plus la diagonale formé par cette forêt.....bien vu.
