Photographer’s Note

Achensee is a lake located among the Tyrolean Alps about 35 km far away from Innsbruck, the main city of Tyrol region in Austria.
Situated at 929 meters above the sea level, the lake is 9 kms long, 1 km large and 133 meters deep.
The fascinating, varied mountainscape around Achensee lake attracts hikers and mountaineers alike.
The entire region boasts an infinite number of highlights and attractions for the whole family. In the summer of 1957, two hikers discovered a cave featuring Etruscan inscriptions in the Guffert area.
On the western shores of Achensee you find the Karwendel Alpine Park, one of Austria's oldest interconnected nature reserves covering two different countries.

Ottimo POV e bellissimo contrasto tra la barca bianca e la dominante verde/blu del paesaggio, molto suggestiva... e poi con questo caldo vieve la voglia di essere la!

Hi Samuele

I like the superb, turquoise color of the sea & the graphism of the yacht. perhaps a step or 2 to the right, would have separated it from the bushes on the left. Then again, your personal safety comes first! It looks to be taken from a steep cliff. Good work!

A fine vertigo shot to the nice boat. Excelent angle of approach VIEW creating a very good composition. Diagonal view and proportion of the elements in the picture. So, a great composition with great quality. Fine colors and sharpness. Wonderful water colors and a beautiful scenery.

The compo is outstanding but still the colors are one step above. I would say that the boat is not necessary to the shot, but anyway he was there and thats make a great picture.
And Kudos to your scanner.

Great shot, great POV. I would have liked not to have any obstruction which hides the boat. But, well, the depth of field is very large because the branches are as detailed as the boat and water. A nicely shot.

Les couleurs de cette vue sont particulièrement belles. Elles sont vives et profondes sans être trop saturées. Des teintes sans doute dues a une couverture nuageuse. Un branche vient un peu cacher le bateau mais sans trop gêner.

humm un moment dont j'apprécierait très fort...un voilier dans une petite criques , au soleil et au calme...c'est tout ce qu'il me faut pour le moment...vives les vacances...le cadrage est bien pensé...les pins pris en décor naturel donne un bel effet...la perspective est bien rendue, on sent que l'on glisse...attention...rire...les couleurs sont belles et bien nettes...bien vu ...bravo...amicalement BI
