[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo made in "2000" year of the well known Salzburg Castle, situated in this beautiful Austrian town that is a European and World reference in art, architecture and is also a great place of world classical music and compositors.

Note: This is a scanned image of the original because the camera was not digital.

I have a serie of 4 photos with the similar title, but in the beautiful Portugese Village of Obidos.

Thanks in advance for your attention and comments.

This is a sight very familiar to me :) I like the perspective of the castle, it renders the building more majestic.

you chose an excellent angle for this shot to show the height of the castle. you also get a great sense of the scale of the hill and buildings. you did a nice job of scanning the pic because I don't see any artifacts. good colors too. nicely shot!

Cumprimentos...e smile.

Very interesting point of view to this castle, but it is the fact, that so you see it from low position. I mean, good POV. Sunlight could have been a bit against main walls. Good composition and shot is in balance, so well shared, Fernando.

Nice composition and POV. Pity there's some noise in the sky.

very ncie work, I like the building, very high up and well angle shot, I like its defence

Good POV - I think you have lost a little clarity in the scanning but it's still a nice image :)

Great POV,Fernando,well captured,I like it,good note,and very well composed,too,...hope you don't mind,I will post a WS for you,hope youy like it.
Yours
M

Why should it always be digital. Also in the early days we did make beautiful pictures. And it should be a pity when we couldn't show them anymore.

I love your point of view with this photo. Photo is very well balanced. This also looks like a nice place to visit. Where are all the tourists?

David.....

Obrigado.

Interesting perspective. Thanks for sharing.

Good result from the scanning Fernando.
Low shooting position contributes to a good presentation of this castle. Nice job.

Parabens!

Hi Fernando!
I know this place, i was in Salzburg tree times, but only in one occasion (without camera...) with good light! Nice pov, represent well the 'dminant' presence of the castle. In my monitor i see a little extra of magenta color, but perhaps is matter of tuning of the monitor.

ciao, Giorgio
