Photographer’s Note

The Viennese decorate the Rathaus garden trees with whimsical ornaments during the holiday season. Some trees had giants presents, some had rocking-horses, and this one had hearts. I liked the mood of the shot, and the red hearts against the black & white of dark tree bark and snow.

it's really beautiful Linda. the snow the trees and the tone are so wonderful.
I wish we can get rid off that trash can :), but then again it may also add the balance in the picture

I really like the composition on this photo with the floating perspective which you are very good at , I can see it on all your photos. The colors are very calm and also very effective.
