Photographer's Note

The title may be not so romantic as the photo, but the fact to see so many kinds of trees, wild and cultivated ones, has been fascinating me at this moment.

I have been at this place more than one year ago, in January 2008, and also now I was lucky to find the same conditions. Interesting to see the differences in quality, comparing the pic from my old bridge camera and this one with a DSLR and a good lense.

The place where I set up my camera is just above the ruins of a celtic city, 2500 years old, with amazing architectural details. This ancient people chose this place to build a city... because it´s above the fog and due to the strategic position it has a beautiful view across the lower carinthian basin.
