Photographer’s Note
Yesterday I showed you the church of the village Partenen in the Austrian federal state Vorarlberg.
Here I show you the chancel with the high altar of this little church St. Martin, which in its today shape was built about 1800. The late baroque decoration artistically perhaps isn't of higher value but I think that one can feel a deep religiousness here - in a village with about 500 inhabitants - a somehow touching religiousness which presumably also is caused by the giant nature with all its threats around. Please see here.
In workshop you can see a statue of the patron saint, St. Martin, in one of the side altars and one of the ceiling paintings.

Daniel.

Hello Frank,
Excel! , this interior image is superb, and I know by experiment that the photographs of interior of church are difficult to succeed. Beautiful colors and superb details. Congratulations.
Have a nice sunday

Guten morgen lieber Frank,

Oh it looks quite nice, nice and somehow unusual, these white walls and darker things in interior.
Always specific lights conditions in such places with many windows, you managed the photo perfectly!
Greetings from St-Petersburg, - 8 C and grey (no snow at all).

Hi Frank,
A beautiful church with many fine details. The red chairs are not unimportant in the picture either, even if they look very modern, in comparison with all the other things here.
Best regards

Hallo Frank.

Dear Frank,
Your picture is very well balanced, with very nice colours and, most important for a shot at the interior of a church, a good depth. Compliments.

Frank,
This is a well composed shot with perfect balance. Your light management is great here bringing out nice details and colors without overexposing the white walls and ceiling.

Hello Frank, superb interior d' church lit by these two stained glasses and this immaculate bench which shine, which allows a maximum development of Martin saint in l' furnace bridge d' left wing on its horse, the softness of this image restores l' well; atmosphere of quietude which reigns in this chorus, for an interior not at all morose, sincerely .........................Bonjour Frank, superbe intérieur d'église éclairé par ces deux vitraux et ce banc immaculé qui brillent, ce qui permet une mise en valeur maximale de saint Martin dans l'autel d'aile gauche sur son cheval, la douceur de cette image restitue bien l'atmosphère de quiétude qui règne dans ce chœur,

Ciao Frank,
a fine composition, with a good simmetry.
There is an unusual POV, also.
I like it.

Bonsoir Frank,

Hello Frank.
What a delightful interior shot of this church. Excellent exposure, with sharp details and lovely colours. Good idea to use a tripod here. It must have been hard to manage the exposure with the light coming through the windows but you managed to capture some colour and detail in them. Well done.
Regards,
Andrew

Good morning Frank,
Beautiful interior of the country- church. Very rich presbytery. I am sure that there must reign the unusual atmosphere. Who ever does not like such churches? I admire such interiors, this silence with the ringing music of religious singings. Beautiful work, clean POV, superb light and the splendid sharpness.
Best regards from rainy and foggy Mosina,
