Photographer’s Note

Krimml waterfalls is at about 1100 m sea level, in the "Hohe Tauern" national park. The highest waterfalls in Europe. According to season, the stream carries between 10 and 83 cubic metres of water per second. Hundreds of mosses, lichens and ferns grow in the misty spray and 62 species of birds have their habitat here.
