Photographer’s Note
Taken from a walk in Stillup Grund, a beautiful valley above Mayrhofen. The walk starts in Mayrhofen through the forest and onto a narrow asphalt toll road. Once on the road it was a really easy & pleasant walk with many opportunities to stop for a drink & refreshments at about four or five mountain restaurants strategically placed along the way. You can walk back to Mayrhofen or you can take a taxi van for six to eight euros. The next time I'm here I would take the taxi to the end of the paved road where I would start my walk higher up the mountain.
Still this is a great and relaxing walk with beautiful view of the mountains, dam, and rivers. Even the bars & restaurants along the way are fun places to be. People are cheerful & friendly.

Hi Latiff,
The flowing river is a lovely inclusion ... adds dynamics to the scene. It also leads ones focus towards the mountain in the background. Good image quality and natural colors. Well captured and composed. Well done! tfs

Salam Latiff,
Thought I come by and check how's thing with you. I see my trekking friend is showcasing another work of his, which for the last two or three months, I've been neglecting. That portion of the composition where the sky is, give a punch to this river view temperate landscape. Just goes to show what walk can do to one's perception of a country.

Hi Latiff,
this is a beautiful view in the nature! The point you chose leads our eyes to the peaks and the trail of the river. The line on the left is a road?
Thank you very much for sharing and visiting my gallery.
Regards from Greece,
Athanasios.

Hi Latiff,
although the view is simply wonderful what most attract me in this image is your light management. It's a difficult shot since the background shines and the foreground is in the shadow. But you managed very well to get this superb result. Very well done!

Carlos

Hello Latiff
Let me guess..you had to take off your shoes and hope on the largest slippery stone..keep your head still...your hands frqozen to take this one..i had taken a couple of shots too like this one..i gets dangerous at times..when the water level is rapid..one wrong foot could cost you your camera..great skill !!
Cheers.
