The better light Photo

Photographer’s Note

I love the clear, crisp light in the mountains, everything looks so much better there. You don´t even have to do very much, in this case I was just standing on the balcony and pointing at the closest mountain. Pitty that I´m hardly ever there.

Hi Johannes. You're right. It's an amazing light. The colours are so crisp and clear. You certainly have a nice view from your balcony :-)

Every seems so real here. I can smell the clean air. Good pov with the road giving depth. Like the saturation of the grass and busy atmsophere created by the clouds.

This is a well composed shot with the road creating a nice diagonal through the shot. The road leads the eye through the shot nicely. The lighting and colors are great as is the photo's sharpness. The clouds hanging on the mountain adds a nice touch to the shot.

Hello Johannes,

Austria is a country which my parents speak about very fondly. It is easy to see why here with this view of green pastures, many trees and towering mountain peaks up in the clouds. The photo is clear, rich in tone and colour and is supported well with the simple and neat white frame with black outline. The standards of living here and quality of life must be very, very good.

One can understand the urge to get back there more often. Crisp, lively colours complemented by your fine compsition. I like how the trees underlined the mountains in the distance.
