Salzburg (help·info) is the fourth-largest city in Austria and the capital of the federal state of Salzburg. Salzburg's "Old Town" (Altstadt) with its world famous baroque architecture is one of the best-preserved city centres north of the Alps, and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The city is noted for its Alpine setting. It is the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the setting for parts of the musical and film The Sound of Music, which features famous landmarks in Austria, but focuses mainly on Salzburg. Salzburg is a student city, with three universities.

This is a wonderful scenery. Very well captured with such a nice mix of colors to define this superb location. The castle on top of hill and the mountains in the far distance, with a fine row of buildings to fill your FG. Although I may prefer a bit of red tone in this blue/green balance for RGB.

This is a nice panoramic shot of Salzburg. Your composition is great showing the old town in the foreground with Hohensalzburg topping the shot. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and DOF. This brings back nice memories of a great weekend spent in Salzburg.

cześć Jurek, mnie twoje zdjecia bawarskie i austriackie tez zachęcają do wyjazdu, ale jakoś nieskutecznie. fantastyczny widok na miasto i zamek, fantastyczne kolory i ostrość.

Bonjour Georg,
une photo prise d'un excelent point de vue et avec des lummières assez bien calibrées. Malheureusement, je la trouve un peu déplacée dans les couleurs, vers le bleu, lumières très froides.
Sinon elle ne manque ni de profondeur, ni de relief.

Czesc,
jeszcze jedno fajne spojrzenie na Salzburg. Widok jak z dobrej pocztowki. Forteca i czysciutkie miasto (bylem tam) jakby stworzone dla turystow. No i Mozart tam sie urodzil, wiec pod tym katem mnostwo sklepikow z pamiatkami.

sehr schönes Panorama dieser berühmten Stadt. Was mich verblüfft, sind die nahezu metallischen Farben, die dem Bild einen grafischen Ausdruck geben. Ein sehr intensiver Eindruck! TFS!

tego punktu widzenia w ogole nie pamietam, bylem w Mirabellgarten ale ten widok jest mi zupelnie obcy.
Wspaniala panorama, opad szczeny, ale najfajniejsza jest tu klarownosc powietrza dzieki ktorej te gory w oddali wydaja sie tak blisko.
Doskonale skomponowane. Pieknie sie prezentuja to miasto: mnostwo urokliwej architektury i spektakularne polozenie.
