Photographer’s Note
Like nothing I have seen before! Halstatt is so remote from the city life about a 2 hour drive east of Salzburg. The culture is very unspoiled, we made a trek accross the lake by boat, then walked a portion to the a tram ride up the mountain and entered a ice cave at the top of the mountain, breathtaking to say the least.

You have picked an excellent photo for your first post. The scenery is stunning and the reflection in the water is fantastic. It would be nice if you added a little info in the notes though to tell us a bit more about the place.

and welcome to TE! You have chosen an excellent contribution to start with, the light is wonderful and your POV is great. A beautiful capture of this famous place! As already mentioned, a more detailed note would be nice.

Richard - Nice photo, great compostion of a beautiful place. I would of loved to read more notations, like where it was....
Also try and download the biggest picture you can.
