back to your landscapes, those where you excel, with a clear attraction for the foggy ones
The blue atmosphere and the 2 little houses hardly visible cooperate with the trees for a very pleasant compo

Lovely blue tones and I really like the way the second tree is just peeking through. This photo would have also worked really well as a panorama without the clouds and openings in the sky up the top.

A mysterious shot with all that thick fog and the deep blue colour. Love the clouds at the top and the little house that we can just make out through the fog.

I like your photos of Carinthia in the fog. Then, I am happy when comes the autumn!
Magnificent blue world and great composition, the horizontal foreground is well structured with the vegetation and the houses. There is a beautiful balance with the trees which appear vertically.

An unusual nature event you've in front of your eyes! The shot was surely difficuly by the lack of light. You get 3 different plans well marked and diffrenet huesof black and grey, though it's a colour picture.

hey chrisrian..

you are pulling off some decent nature shots off your macro..but i think the colours are a bit soft..the saturation could be cranked up a bit..

love the artistic intent in the final presentation in this one..te tones of blue are hauntin..a large print on a clear wall could take ones breath away..skip a beat may be

Yet another elegant capture of landscape from you. Half mystic, half celebration of the sobriety. Your composition does not proclaim its qualities, but despite a humility that does not make it shine in thumbnail, it gives the shiver of an halleluia when we see it in full size. The hues are superb and you know, only like a few of us (along with mistral and leo61) to play skilfully with the fog. congratulations!

Not sure about the high frame, but the contrast between dramatic sky and peaceful ground is very nice as it is entirely the mood of the picture.
