This ia a very odd mural. It looks like the soldier was added after the Grecian-looking figures were. The uniform looks to be something from the WWI era.

Because of the texture of the wall, the grain is not that noticible. At least on the monitor where I'm currently viewing it, it's not.

I like the cropping of ths composition, especially around the section where the doorway arches are. It adds a good symmetry to the photo along with the arched windows.
