Getting out of Vienna Photo

Photographer’s Note

On Vienna airport they spend a lot of time and money on polishing floors with a remarkable result.

From my point of view it would have been better if they had spent the money on deicing equipment instead. I am sorry if I am sound a bit negative but if they had done that I would have made it to my hotel in Paris before they let someone else have my room ;o(

Amazing reflection. Well they maybe gone to far with that, but you managed a nice shot ot of it. And you didn't show us your shot from Paris yet.

The best thing i have since i start shooting is making a frame for a shot where ever i go and i think you did a great frame here .. when my visit to paris my roome with only too small, what about yours .. ;0)

You recreated a classic, the night-time urban neon reflections in rainy wet streets, in the airport lounge! Those reflections are crazy, very well seen. Maybe a couple extra shilouettes across the floor would have been good.

astonishing reflection, a photograph which remains strange, I like the contrast of the colors with the gray, it is well made.

Hi Ebbe. This will not compensate the loss of the parisian hotel room, but this shot is worth losing a plane for. It is a nice composition, not only because of the reflection elements, but also because of the very few colors involved. A bit grainy here and there, but it is not subtracting from the overall effect.

Very abstract graphic sign, Ebbe
Puzzle fractions of reflection formed an abstract art on the floor nicely. Bright yellow sign stands out from the floor and gives a fresh look.
