Lisa and Craig can be proud, after many years that they laughed at me that I haven't used a tripod, it became my close friend , specially dear when I travel alone :). I have it always with me. So I was attracted here with this tripod, much better and much heavier than mine. The photographer was so busy setting his camera, that he hasn't noticed another photographer who stood nearby, interested more in his jaw dropping equipment than in the roof of Stephansdom. Maybe he is the TE member, someone I haven't met personally? (There are still such members). Enjoy and have nice sunny Sunday!

looks like Jason setting up for one of his food images! That must be one heck of a burger he is trying to capture. Seriously robust tri-pod that and impressive camera too! Looks like a professional to me!
Enjoy your Sunday! - Brian.

Excellent street snapshot in perfect light. I'm sure that the photographer was deeply involved in his setting activities so he has not aware of your quick action. Excellent focusing. I wish you have not cut the top part (but I understand that your main focal point was the photographer).
Very well done.
p.s. Sorry for delayed comments, but I do not have internet access every day.

excellent street shot taken with a lot of naturalness and spontaneity. The man must surely be a serious photographer. Excellent view and details of both the photographer and his equipment.
Thanks for sharing and have a nice Sunday.

I'm so pleased that Lisa and Craig have "converted" you into carrying a tripod everywhere you go! But you certainly wouldn't want to haul a big brute of a tripod like this around with you all the time.
Somehow I don't think that this guy is a TE member because I think that huge camera is a movie camera even although it's fitted with a Canon lens - I think it might be something like this.
A well seen and well taken photograph of this cameraman. Strangely enough, he doesn't appear to be attracting the attention of anybody other than yourself! Good light and colours and excellent details and sharpness too. An excellent candid street shot!

Serious equipment all right, and he is so engrossed in it that he did not notice you creating this fine pin sharp street scene! I wonder if somebody else photographed you as you took this :)
Like Brian, I too thought this was Jason and you'd had a meet up!

Imagine les épaules nécessaires pour transporter d'un lieu à l'autre cet équipement qui semble très lourd. Une chose est certaine c'est qu'il prend les choses sérieusement. Mais de là à ne pas te voir...

Always nowadays when I see people carrying such heavy camera equipment around I think of some poor TE members and what you have to endure to get your razor sharp photos :-). I think this guy was a professional camera man, from the fact that he was so concentrated on his job that he didn't notice you, or didn't have time to bother. This is a fine street-shot with lots of nice people to watch in the background. I like it.

Ottimo scatto, molto discreto.

Good morning Miss Malgo. :)
Quite the scene you captured here, and one which we can all pretty much relate to, whether or not we carry around this type of equipment...it's all about the act of photography...or possibly video in this case. Whatever the scenario, this is a wonderful moment to see from the other side of the viewfinder. He definitely appears focused on the task at hand, which has resulted in a completely candid result from your perspective. Smartly observed and well taken on your part. I really enjoy the background action and expression as well. A fun shot indeed! Enjoy the new day. All the best.

And once again I want to say when I have see more expensive photo equipment I have think about my empty wallet. I'd like to buy L-lens for my Canon, but it's just a price of my next trip ))
Good contribution to the photograph theme.

Photo of a photographer or more clear of a tripod, must of course be a professional one, sometimes seen them at work I asked what they are going to catch and also to have a look with the very long zoom
Great to catch him so concentrated, well done, regards
