Cafe culture has been an important part of Viennese life since the 1680s, when the first coffee house was opened. This pedestrian street in Vienna has plenty of cafes and restaurants with outdoor dining.
The late afternoon light lit up the buildings, but the foreground was quite dark, so I used a contrast mask in Photoshop to lighten up the dark areas.

C'est une très belle image, la lumière joue avec les zones d'ombre tout en favorisant l'esprit de la rue.
Bien vu, belle architecture.

I like the way you have managed the light here Vincent. The areas in deep shade have not been overly lightened and brightened and I think that adds to the atmosphere and allows the viewer to enjoy the contrasting sunlit areas of the shot. There are lots of interesting little details but the shot is not overly busy and I think that is also down to the way you have handled the light. A lovely piece of work. Warm regards rosemary

Charming street and beautiful façades!
Attractive urban & architecture picture!
Sharpness, management of (difficult) light, colors, horizontal format, chosen pov, black & white borders and composition are all excellent!
TFS - congrats,
Enjoy your Sunday,

Another delightful composition with excellent perspective. The details of the buildings displayed really well and the lovely foreground in softer light. Thanks for sharing. have a nice day.
