You well worked tones make this one visually appealing. Otherwise though, this is not your best. There is not much happening here, the pp vignettes are somewhat disturbing, the lady is just too random and the focus seems to be on the wall (which is an error in my opinion.
I gotta say I like the recall of the white color of the umbrella and the cross.

I like the graphism brought by the B&W as well, I like the composition putting on a diagonale line the woman with her umbrella and the cross on the front.

Modern architecture at its most challenging and interesting. Of course the walking figure, umbrella and all, adds immeasurably to the composition, which is nicely balanced between the walking woman and the cross. Monochrome works a treat.

You have noticed the scene, a dotted wall plus a cross, and now you waited for someone to come (preferably from the left to equilibrate theb shot). She is wearing an umbrella to remind us that it's raining (see the pavement)
