Sometimes I like to go back and remember my trips. Today, I was in Vienna of Austia. This is the most beautiful Palace, I had enjoyed in Autria

Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna is one of the most important cultural monuments in Austria and since the 1860s has also been one of the major tourist attractions in Vienna. The palace and gardens illustrate the tastes, interests and aspirations

Following the downfall of the monarchy in 1918 the newly founded Austrian Republic became the owner of Schönbrunn Palace and preserved, as a museum, the rooms and chambers.
After WWII and during the Allied Occupation of Austria (1945-1955) Schönbrunn Palace, which was empty at the time, was requisitioned to provide offices for both the British Delegation to the Allied Commission for Austria and for the Headquarters for the small British Military Garrison present in Vienna.
Later it was used for important events such as the meeting between John F. Kennedy and Nikita Khrushchev in 1961.
UNESCO catalogued Schönbrunn Palace on the World Cultural Heritage List in 1996, together with its gardens, as a remarkable Baroque ensemble and example of synthesis of the arts ( Gesamtkunstwerk ). From Wikipedia

Hello Aires,

Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna care for an excellent composition and very soft colours.
The statue in foreground and the old lovely building in background make your picture very attractive.

This is a unique shot of this often photographed place. Your composition is excellent using the statue and it's reflection to provide depth for the scene. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and clarity. The reflection adds nice balance for the scene.

Olà Aires,

A nice view of this famous place. The light is excellent and give contrast and beautiful colours (especially the blue of the water). Good use of the sculptur in the FG and great depht of field.

Un endroit que j'aime beaucoup et que j'ai assez souvent visité. Les couleurs des façades ressortent de belle façon sur ce ciel très bleu et le bassin et la statue constituent un bon premier plan (un peu trop centré peut-être?). Tu as eu visiblement les mêmes difficultés que moi lors de mes essais photographiques là bas avec les zones d'ombre et de lumière très contrastées.

I also like to come back to the old trips. Beautiful photo of Schoenbrunn. Nice composition. The sun was very strong here and the fountain resulted a bit too dark. Wonderful reflections. Splendid colours.

ficou bem bonita esta vista, os reflexos da água se combinam com os do céu criando uma moldura azul que envolve os amarelos do palácio, gosto da inclusão das esculturas da fonte que adicionam mais graça ao todo., ficou bem bonito

There is a beautiful colors's relationship between this blue and warm tints of facades.
The statue and the pond bring sweet curves to counterbalance the straight lines of the Palace's architecture .
A well balanced composition.
