Mattighofen is a town in the district Braunau am Inn, part of the Innviertel region, in the Austrian state of Upper Austria.

Initially Mattighofen belonged to the stem duchy of Bavaria, that became a part of Francia. In 757 a Kaiserpfalz (palace) of the ruling Carolingian dynasty was documented here. On the Frankfurt synod of 1007 Emperor Henry II granted the Mattighofen estates to the newly created Bishopric of Bamberg. It was acquired by the House of Wittelsbach in the 16th century and affected by the War of the Bavarian Succession after which it passed to the Archduchy of Austria according to the 1779 Treaty of Teschen. Mattighofen received town privileges in 1986

A beautiful sky seeming polarized, a perfect exposure with no over and under exposures.
Great depth thanks to the tree on the left and to the wall in persective.

Guten Morgen Georg!
Wieder ist es Dir gelungen, ein wunderschönes Licht einzufagen, das die Formen dieser interessanten Kirche eindrucksvoll betont. Dieses helle Gebäude vor dem blauen Himmel wirkt wirklich ganz toll.(Den Turm und die Rückwnd hättest Du vielleicht "geradebiegen" sollen; die Verzerrung ist doch etwas stark hier). Ein technisch wieder perfektes Bild.

Hallo Georg!
Schön wie das Licht von der Seite kommt.Die Kompo mit dem Baum gefällt mir auch und das Blau des Himmels ist fantastisch.
Es sieht so aus als ob es hier heute auch sonnig wird,endlich noch ein par Hebstbilder machen.

Hello Georg,
The gorgeous blue sky sets off the architecture to great effect. A fine capture of this lovely church with interesting light and shadow contrasts along the facade. Very good colours and superb clarity.

Witaj Jurek,
Przepiekny ten kosciolek- jest tak dopieszczony pod wzgledem wykonania, ze mozna tylko patrzec i patrzec i patrzec. Swietna fotka, dobre swiatlo i pikne kolorki. Brakuje tylko jakiejs chmurki na niebie, ale to juz by byla przesada, bo nie mozna miec wszystkiego:)

Hallo Georg,
tolles Seitenlicht auf dieser sehr schönen Kirche.
Der Licht und Schatten Effekt aud der Kirche gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die nahtlosen übergehenden Blautöne im Himmel von hellblau ins dunkelblaue gefallen mir sehr gut. Sehr sehenswert.

Tak jak kiedys pisales, zastanawia mnie, ze niema kosciolow drewnianych, choc daty robia wrazenie.
Ladnie wcisnales ten kosciol w kadr. Super kompozycja i swiatlo, ktore dodalo smaczku tej fotografii.

Bonjour Georg,
le travail en post-processing, même si il se voit assez fort, a cette qualité pour accentuer le bleu du ciel et permettre à ce batiment très clair d'encore mieux ressortir.
Les lumières sont bien équilibrées et la cadrége bien pensé.

Bonjour, mon ami Georg,
Le choix ne devait pas être facile pour donner à cette église toute la beauté qu'elle mérite.
Le résultat est très bon puisqu'il nous permet de découvrir une architecture religieuse sous toutes ses facettes.
L'ensemble se détache harmonieusement sur un ciel bleu.
