Striking simplicity - I think the wandering path cutting across the image at a diagonal is what catches my attention. I also like the soft shades and depth. Very well done and TFS. Gerald

beautiful photo, David, I like a lot the overwhelming feeling of calm and quiet. the road works really well to lead the eye through the scene, while B&W emphasises patterns and textures. very well seen and presented, my compliments.

what an impression of quietness is coming from your shot! Maybe the way you turn it in sepia, and also the landscape with its footpath and the lighted pine trees.
