Photographer’s Note

This is late spring - early summer in Andorra, above 2000m. It was raining in the whole morning and the temperature was below 10°C.

I took this photo from La Rabassa ski station. It's located above Sant Julia de Loria. Despite the bad weather we spent here a very enjoyable day with archery, mountain biking and we also tried Tobotronc, the longest alpine coaster in the world!

I would be pleased if you told me your opinion about the photo!

hey, who is back?:)... good to see you around marci... andorra sounds cool especially when it is that hot in istanbul... about the picture, well it's a bit dull to tell you the truth, especially when compared to your night shots... may be it lacks a bit of a colour, may be the misty sky looks a bit empty... the nature looks breath taking though... anyway, tell me... are you coming to istanbul for the camp in july?...

You really became a TE member who is so rare to see around here, this is bad for the members who like seeing your photos...
Well, you do not have to share nightshots always. Those mysterious landscapes are of course welcome. The branches are good for natural framing.

Szia Marci!
Mondjuk, térképészeti fotónak például nem az igazi - de talán nem is annak szántad. Viszont fölkelti az emberben a nagy hegyek hangulatát, a szeszélyesen mászkáló felhők/ködök sejtelmességét. (Pláne, hogy most észrevettem, bizonyos szögből bámulva a monitort zöldek a fenyők.) Örülök, hogy jutott egy kis időd a TE-re. (Tényleg, nem érettségizgetsz Te mostanában?)

Hi Marton,
Your photo catches perfectly the rainy and cold environment of this spring, not only in Andorra, but also in Barcelona, where I live.
Do you know? I have taken many photos in Andorra, almost across the whole country, but this zone of La Rabassa still I have not visited it, and I have not enjoyed the Tobotronc, which seems to be something unique.
I like the soft luminosity and the gray tones in your photo of this beautiful mountainous landscape.
Your informative note is good also.

I hope you had a nice trip in Andora.Did you visit Barcelona also?
About the photo, i like the winter atmosphere of the landscape and the natural framing of the branches.
I am waiting for more photos from Spain.

I think i miss this interesting place you have captured which some mysterious fogs and framed it perfect with some tree shadow, i just like the atmospheres you brought here...
