Photographer’s Note

Following the proposal of josepmarin I start my short Andorra tour in the Val d'Ordino. The valley starts with the village Ordino which is a nice town with a few beautiful brick-stoned buildings. In the morning I took on the car-free road at a little cafe my breakfast enjoying the first rays of the sun. One of the nice buildings was the Museu Postal d'Andorra you could see here from the back. I dream a little bit if I see more blossoms or more bricks ...

A very pretty composition of this lovely stone building. Good point of view embracing the contrasting tones of the surrounding vegetation. Light, colours and clarity are all very good.

Achim, c'est une photo pleine de couleurs et de joie de vivre avec les fleurs sur l'arbre et l'herbe verte. J'aime les bâtiments anciens dont les façades se réchauffent au soleil.

Hey Achim,

A beautiful sight, from Andorra, always wanted to go there, it looked like a nice place in all of the photos. This one is no exception.
The house is traditional, the scenery is .. also. Nice textures, exposure, sharpness and clarity, and a fine cadre that gives a sense of "smallness" and coziness.

I like the bloomed almond-tree in front of the beautiful typical architecture of the country, and the perspective that has the image. The weak light of this cloudy day works very well and offers us a few colors of soft tones.
I like it, and I am happy that you have liked my suggestion for your short visit to Andorra.

Hello Achim,
splendid shot with the blossoms of the cherry tree to is a eye catcher.I like the stone made Museum of Andorra even if we see it from the back.But as i see all the houses are build from stone,a picturesque corner of this tiny state.Well done.

The trees are a natural frame to the building. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the building. The light brings out the colors. have a nice day.
