Photographer’s Note

After my last post of an ancient photo, today I return to the 21st century and present this photo of the small village of Pal in the Principality of Andorra, where it is possible to see the interesting, simple and solid traditional mountain architecture, in these houses constructed with stone, wood and slate roofs, with the beautiful autumns colours.

Its integration in the landscape is perfect, its tones fuse with a lot of harmony.

If the quality of image is not high enough, it is due to the compression to publish, and because of the quantity of elements that form the photo, especially this magnificent tree.

Después de mi último post de una foto antigua, hoy vuelvo al siglo XXI y presento esta foto del pequeño pueblo de Pal en el Principado de Andorra, donde se puede ver la interesante, sencilla y sólida arquitectura tradicional de montaña, en estas casas construidas con piedra, madera y tejados de pizarra, con los bellos colores del otoño.
Su integración en el paisaje es perfecta, sus tonos se fusionan con mucha armonía.

Si la calidad de imagen no es suficientemente alta es debido a la compresión para publicar, y por causa de la cantidad de elementos que forman la foto, sobre todo este magnífico árbol.

En WS un plano más abierto del pueblo.

Je préfère le WS même si le ciel pourrait être un peu recoupé. Ici l'image est bien nette mais par manque de recul le beau bouleau a dû être amputé de sa pointe.

J'aime bein ce POV en contre plongée qui fait ressortir les dimensions de la montagne.
La netteté des maisons, avec de nombreux détails à observer, est vraiment sympa elle aussi.

Tu ya nos tienes acostumbrados con este tipo de fotografías. Escenarios luminosos, llenos de vida, de contrastes y de detalles.

El punto de vista utilizado, llena de majestuosidad la perspectiva, dado que lo tomas de abajo hacia arriba. Gran equilibrio y bellas tonalidades, especialmente en las casas.

Vejo que voltaste a caminhar pelas belas paisagens de Andorra e as suas belas aldeias.
Esta foto e a do WS são ambas válidas para um post principal embora de caracteristicas diferentes.
Esta é muito boa pelos detalhes das casinhas tipicas que podemos apreciar e pela forma como podemos apreciar a imagem de baixo para cima, tendo a sensação de estar a subir a colina, enquanto que a outra é uma panoramica mais geral mas que tambem tem detalhes bem interessantes.

Bonsoir, mon bon ami Josep,
J'aime beaucoup cette décomposition entre ciel et terre. Le ciel d'un bleu pur, la montagne aride, la montagne qui s'enrichit de végétations et puis les maisons qui s'accrochent joliment aux flancs de la montagne. En plus, il existe ce merveilleux peuplier sur la droite qui embellit l'ensemble.
Merci, Josep, également pour la vue générale (cela permet de mieux se rendre compte de l'environnement), la photo est très réussie.

Una maca foto si senyor 100% muntanyenca. M'agrada però aquesta molt més que el WS on costa una mica de trobar el poble (potser estic adormit....tot sia dit) però bé, en qualsevol cas, una altre foto maca del país veí i amic.

É muito interessante ver como estas aldeias ainda preservam a sua identidade. Em portugal há também algumas que têm sido palco de renovações incríveis. Gosto muito destas casas feitas de pedra e lousa. E gosto também da bonita fotos que nos mostras.

M'agrada l'aire que li has donat a la foto amb l'arbre al marge dret i la diagonal que formen les teulades, casa i muntanya. Els colors tradicionals del pirineu i les formes em transmeten l'energia que aquestes fotos desprenen. Posats a triar, personalment m'agrada més el WS, més obert i paissatgístic.

Hola Josep:

Des de les copes del Trade Center que no t'he pogut comentar cap treball. Quant no es per naps és per cols, ara he estat vuit dies sense ordinador, doncs malgrat tenir el Panda, se'm havia infectat fins i tot ficant-se un intrús que m’anava tocant el voraviu fins l'extrem de haver-lo de configurar de nou.
Perdona que sigui breu comentant la teva preciosa foto de Pal, presa desde un perspectiva de cara a munt que fa que prengui volum. Els dos arbres groguencs amb diagonal, el del primer terme i el del fondo, marquen una distancia que dona proporcions a la imatge. Molt be com sempre company.

Una abraçada i penso que fins més aviat jejeje.

Very effective low POV with the 'jigsaw' of the roofs, leading up to the slope of the hill. The details you've got, especially on the stones of the houses is excellent. Beautiful contrast with the spotless blue sky. Nice work my friend!

Antes que todo quiero decirte que he estado muy ocupado ultimamente, pase tres dias en Puerto Plata en la region norte del pais no de paseo por cuestiones de trabajo.
Veo que has vuelto a tus fotos recientes la cual la encuentro magnifica, tienen muy buena composicion y los colores y POV estan estupendos. Precioso paisaje. Esta es mucho mejor que tu WS.

Joli contre plongée sur petit hameau où la lumière bien présente donne des couleurs naturelles très agréables. Le paysage montagneux, que l'on peut mieux apprécier sur ta photo bonus, est superbe. L'arbre sur la droite complète bien l'image. Une belle région à découvrir, merci Josep.

Belle image si typique de cet endroit magnifique. C'est vrai que l'architecture de ces maisons rend leur integration dans le paysage remarquable. Les materiaux de construction sont d'ailleurs parfaitement choisis pour cela. Pierre apparente, toits d'ardoise, bois aux teintes chaudes, tout cela est parfaitement rendu sur ton image.

Josep bonjour.
C'est une belle composition en diagonale avec, à la base les chalets traditionnels sous une belle lumière qui leur donne du relief. Les deux arbres dorés semblent se répondre d'un côté à l'autre de la photo.
