Photographer’s Note

Desde la Carretera General 3 (CG3), en Llorts, un pequeño pueblo andorrano perteneciente a la parroquia de Ordino, se inicia este camino, llamado Callissa de les Moles, que enlaza con el Camí Ral y que nos permite recorrer la Ruta del Ferro (Ruta del Hierro).

Esta foto está tomada en un día muy nublado y gris, pero que tenía una luminosidad especial. La diagonal del camino entre los árboles y el paisaje de montaña con estos colores de otoño me inspiraron esta composición.

En el WS podéis ver una foto complementaria tomada al día siguiente, brillando el sol, desde un punto de vista alto en el pequeño pueblo de Pal, de la parroquia de La Massana. Los tonos otoñales también cubrían este bello paisaje.

From the General Road 3 (CG3), in Llorts, a small Andorran village belonging to Ordino's parish, this path, called Callissa de les Moles, that connects with the Camí Ral and that allows us to cross the Ruta del Ferro (Route of the Iron).

This photo is taken in a very cloudy and gray day, but that had a special luminosity. The diagonal of the way between the trees and the mountain landscape with these autumns colors they inspired this composition.

In the WS you can see a complementary photo taken the day after, shining the Sun, from a high point of view in the small village of Pal, of the parish of La Massana. The autumnal tones also were covering this beautiful landscape.

The lush green tones of the trees have been captured very well by you. I like how you've incorporated the path into the picture. Makes for a nice contrast between nature and manmade things.

The autumn is also beautiful in Andorra! (: You composed this photo very well, the vertical format works here fantastically, the small path and the wall give calmness to it.
I tried a ws again to separate more the colours and correct the sky, I hope you don't mind!

Good use of the path in your composition to lead the eye into the scene and the vertical format works well for additional depth. The autumn colours are beautiful as the row of colourful trees continues to lead the eye up the mountain.

As cores são verdadeiramente lindas e a maneira como brilham é extraordinária. Gosto da pequena estrada que leva o olhar lá para o fundo aonde as verdadeiras cores outonais estão. Gosto desta paisagem de Andorra.

Hola mi buen amigo Josep.
La preciosa escena de Otoño y la magnifica vista de las montañas hacen una excelente composición, a pesar del día nublado has logrado una buena iluminacion contribuyendo a conseguir buenos colores en tu estupenda fotografía. El camino curvo nos da una buena perspectiva el cual nos lleva a tan lindo paisaje. Muy buen POV.

I like the composition of this wonderful picture, we can follow the road, and come middle of the forest.
I know it's always very difficult for get a blue sky, but gray suitable here very well.

Quel festival de teintes d'automne ! Souvent les nuances sont mieux rendues avec un temps gris. La petite route est une invitation à la balade dans ce paysage d'une grande beauté.

Les couleurs sont tellement touchante que l'on oublie le ciel gris, j'aime bien le cadrage avec la moitié de l'arbre et le chemin qui invite a la balade, beau complémentaire en WS sous un ciel bleu:-)

very nice this Autumn landscape view with the leafs of the trees to have these tints of yellow.I like the narrow alley that create depth in the scene,as the far end Mt. peak that looks to have covered from snows.The stroll in this alley must be a fantastic experience under these trees.Well done.

Ta photo complémentaire aurait mérité une publication à part entière, j'aime beaucoup le point de vue et la belle harmonie des couleurs. Mais ici c'est bien celle ci qui pouvait coller avec ton titre, c'est vrai que les couleurs automnales sont superbes. Un petit chemin qui doit être bien agréable à sillonner, merci Josep.

Hola Josep,
Muy bonitos estos tonos dorados de otoño contrastando con los árboles intensamente del fondo y la cumbre nevada. Una belleza de paisaje.
Por cierto, ya nos está entrando otro temporal de viento y lluvia, y ya vamos por el sexto desde noviembre, este año la cosecha de lilium se va a pique como sigamos así, ya tuvimos un desastre con el último...pero ante la naturaleza no hay nada que hacer.

A nice country scene of a country few of us get to see (it's on my list, but so are a lot of other places). Pity about the gray sky, but it conveys a soft mood. I'm not so taken with Marton's WS; it looks obviously manipulated. Maybe something in between?

Ciertamente los colores del otoño tiene un encanto especial y resultan sumamente atractivos para la fotografia como muy bien vemos en tu captura, me encanta la gran gama de colores desde verdes a ocres-amarillos con algun tinte de rojizos y la nieve arriba anunciando el proximo invierno. Es una bella composicion.
