A charming sight Photo

Photographer’s Note

Attending to some suggestions that I received in one of my photos of the Camí del Rec del Solà, where a blossom tree was not allowing to see the whole landscape of the valley, today I present this panoramic version created with the assembly of two photos with Autostitch.

To the right side one sees the way, to the left side in the valley the city of Andorra la Vella, the capital of the country, and in background, towards the south, Spain is placed.

In WS, and attending also to other TE friends' requests, I present two images of my little grandson, the first taken 18 h after his birth, and the second one taken to the second day of his life.

Some day the young Àlex will accompany us in this beautiful walk along the Camí Real and along other beautiful places of Andorra.

Atendiendo algunas sugerencias que recibí en una de mis fotos del Camí del Rec del Solà, donde un árbol en flor no permitía ver completo el paisaje del valle, hoy presento esta versión panorámica creada con el ensamblaje de dos fotos con Autostitch.

A la derecha se ve el camino, a la izquierda en el valle la ciudad de Andorra la Vella, capital del país, y al fondo, hacia el sur, está situada España.

En WS, y atendiendo también otras peticiones de amigos de TE, presento dos imágenes de mi pequeño nieto, la primera tomada a las 18 horas de su nacimiento, y la segunda, tomada al segundo día de vida.

Algún día el joven Àlex nos acompañará en este bello paseo por el Camí Real y por otros bellos lugares de Andorra.

Bona tarda Josep,
em permetràs que comenci la crítica per els WS: quina monada!!......l'Àlex és l'imatge de l'alegria i de la vida, i m'ha portat molts records!! enhorabona avis i gràcies per compartir aquest moment tant entranyable!

I parlant de la foto principal l'has descrit molt bé, és una vista encantadora amb la profunditat de la vall, un gran POV que precisament enfatitza la sensació d'inmensitat i grandesa, fantàstics colors i definició.

Bona tarda Josep,

Nunca he entendido por que la gente comenta tan pobremente cuando se refiere a las panoramicas. El trabajo que aqui presentas tiene una claridad excelente, parece que asi la planeaste desde el principio, y el tamaño y escala de la foto ayuda a dar la sensacion de estar alli contigo paseando.

Por cierto que bello esta el nieto, que Dios lo bendiga.

Autostitch a très bien assemblé les images pour donner ce bon résultat.
Sur la version large j'ai l'impression d'être plongé dans le décor.
Très bonne idée d'avoir publié des images du prince héritier :)

very nice presentation of this panoramic shot from Andorra.The two stitched photos and especially the LV looks so splendid and real, that i think that i'm walking on the streets of Andorra la Vella.Excellent the details and the clarity as the colors of the scene.Informative your note.

hahahaha,el pobre crio encara està vermell al primer WS....però sempre són macos. Felicitats un altre cop. Per cert, records del Sergio. Li vaig explicar que eres iaio i em va dir que li havíes enviat un correu però va de cul. Ara, de fet, crec que és a Madrid....

Josep, tu verras, les petits-enfants sont des rayons de soleil qui viennent remplir notre coeur. Je te souhaites beaucoup de bonheur avec ce petit bout de chou. Ton pano est magnifique, avec la version large on a l'impression de se promener dans le paysage.

First the beautiful photos of your grandson. You must be a proud man.
It was a good idea to stitch two images to show us more of the wonderful scenery you enjoyed on your walk. I enjoyed looking at all the detail in the large version. Good quality image and stitching. Well done

En primer lugar tengo que decir que la fotos de Àlex son preciosas y el niño está para comérselo, parece muy grande.
En cuanto a tu panorámica de Andorra, magnífica con estupenda profundidad y colores. No dudo que algún día os acompañará en esos paseos, incluso que emule al abuelo haciendo fotos.

Il est superbe le petit bout en WS, peut-être un futur membre de TE !!! C'est un très bel assemblage ici et j'apprécie les qualités de l'image en version large qui nous permet de parcourir agréablement le paysage en profondeur. C'est vraiment une charmante région, merci Josep.

Wonderful stitchwork here & going by the expanse of the beauty, this place deserved a wide view as this. The large format is beautiful….I think you could have used a narrower aperture for more sharpness IMO. Good work my friend!

The autostitch worked very well giving you a panorama that really does give the feel if this vally.

As to the grandson, it is amazing how completely such a tiny mite captures your heart (and NEVER lets go). Good idea to put him in as your profile photo. May you have many happy walks together.
