The guardian, a photo from La Massana, North

Todavía en Andorra. Pero hoy quiero poner una foto distinta. Estábamos paseando por el pueblo de Pal, al final de la tarde, cuando un perro que estaba vigilando un corral de ocas y gallinas, al vernos pasear por delante suyo, se puso en alerta máxima. Nos observaba con mucho cuidado, y me gustó su expresión. Es un buen guardián del corral, hacía muy bien su trabajo.

En el WORKSHOP 1 podéis ver las ocas y las gallinas que el perro está protegiendo.

En el WORKSHOP 2, una vista de la zona del pueblo de Pal donde tomé la foto del perro, y en la cual se puede ver una pista de esquí de Pal–Vallnord.

Still in Andorra. But today I want to put a photo different. We were taking a walk by the town of Pal, at the end of afternoon, when a dog that was watching a corral of gooses and hens, when seeing us to walk his ahead, one put on the maximum alert. It observed by far care to us, and I liked his expression. He is a good guardian of the corral, it made very well its work.

In the WORKSHOP 1 you can see the gooses and the hens that the dog is protecting.

In WORKSHOP 2, a view of the zone of the town of Pal where I took the photo from the dog, and in which a track of ski of Pal-Vallnord can be seen.

Isso é o que chama-se olhar para o lugar certo, na hora exata. O cão tem uma postura de defesa e não há como saber se ele quer ficar ou sair daquele local, por conta da grade de proteção. Bom enquadramento. Foto repleta de vida.

Great shot, Josep.
You have captured the alert expression of the dog's face and it's paw 'holding on' to the stone wall. There is something soulful in the dog's eyes and it looks almost imprisoned behind its fence.
Excellent animal portrait.

Once I had send a photo of a pet and the next day it was of the side because pets are not alload here, it's not my rule but the rules of the Tos of this side. I hope they let it here because it's good. technical it's well taken with a nice point of view, good composition, good job.

Je connaissais les oies du Capitole, maintenant, je connais l'ami des oies et protecteur des poules qui caquettent de plaisir à bénéficier d'une garde rapprochée ! ;o))
J'aime beaucoup le regard du chien qui se montre attentif, ainsi que son attitude !

Oui c'est peut-être le gardien mais il n'a pas l'air méchant ce chien,il a une tête plutôt sympathique.
En tout cas je trouve qu'il a bien pris la pose.

Realmente es una imagen diferente y divertida, la pose del perro lo dice todo, la alambrada aporta mas a ese aire de guardián, en este caso de ocas y gallinas, me he permitido crear un WS con un nuevo encuadre, no por dudar de este buen tiro, si no para poder comparar con otro punto de vista, creo que estando el perro descentrado la compo ganaría enteros, la nota como siempre hace que nos sintamos mas cerca del lugar que nos muestras, felicidades y buen Domingo.

Es realmente interesante la expresión del perro que es como de atenta espera, aunque no amenazante... tiene algo de nostalgia. Me pasa mucho con los perros, creo que tienen una mirada muy comunicativa. Probablemete eso es lo que hace que sean los más "domésticos" de los animales doméstios. Tal vez sea más propia de TrekNature, pero creo que esa mirada capaz de conmover a un ser humano, la hace muy interesante también aquí. Buen ojo para ver una buena foto. Un abrazo,

Excelente composição deste cão (perro) com um ar tão triste.
O fundo com cores neutrais realçam ainda mais os magnificos tons marron do animal.

Very high on the cute factor. He looks very serious whilst on duty!! A lovely shot although I may have been tempted to crop out some of the detail on the right hand side so as to avoid the central placing of the dog. Great shot all the same. Have a good week!

Enorme foto si señor. Primero me encanta este perro porque vas que pinta de guardian tiene una carita encantadora. Es increible como estos perro pueden trabajar con gran efectividad. Tenias que ver al gos d'atura, genial.
Un gran tiro diferente a lo que nos tienes acostumbrados y es un gran acierto.
Mañana compenso los puntos que bien se merece este animalito.

Perdoname Josep siempre ando atrasado en mis criticas, demasiado trabajo.
Esta foto la encuentro estupenda, la expresion del precioso perro no tiene precio. Cuando vi la foto de manera rapida me dio pena ya que pense que estaba encerrado, pero al leer tu nota me di cuenta de la responsabilidad que tenia frente a ustedes y las ocas y gallinas. Los colores y la definicion estan excelentes.
Me gustaron mucho las fotos que pusiste en WS, muy buen trabajo.
