Photographer’s Note

Aún en Andorra. La foto nos muestra el telecabina que conecta el pueblo de Arinsal con las pistas de esquí de Vallnord-Arinsal. La foto está tomada desde el aparcamiento, y nos ofrece la visión de esta bonita casa de madera, en estilo muy alpino, en contraste con las dos cabinas, una que está subiendo y la otra que está bajando, que la sobrevuelan. En la temporada de verano también está en funcionamiento, ya que en la zona de las pistas hay restaurantes y actividades de ocio y deportivas.

En el WORKSHOP pongo la foto de la vista desde el mismo lugar, mirando hacia el valle.

Still in Andorra. The photo shows to us the cable-way that connects the town of Arinsal with the ski area of Vallnord-Arinsal. The photo is taken from the parking, and it offers the vision to us of this pretty wood house, in very alpine style, in contrast to the two cabins, one that is raising and the other than is lowering, that flies over it. In the summer season also it is in operation, since in the zone of the ski slopes there are restaurants and activities of leisure and sport.

In the WORKSHOP I put the photo of the view from the same place, watching towards the valley.

Parece Suiza y me encanta la combinación de movimiento de las cabinas hacia arriba y inmovilidad de las casas abajo.

The composition is certainly a success. The cable cars are certainly well placed above the log cabin. The image is perhaps a little soft in focus, but plenty of detail is still visible. You certainly seem to have been inspired by this place. I have it on my list of places to visit thanks to your photos.

M'ho sembla a mi o està una mica sobreexposada? Es que tinc el PC cascat.

En qualsevol cas, el POV es una meravella. M'agrada molt el joc entre la casa i el bosc amb els telefèrics.

Gosto desta cena com a caa tpica e o cruzar dos teleféricos, tudo isto rodeado pela natureza verdejante.
Interessante o posicionamento dos telefericos na imagem transmitindo a sensação de movimento.

Hola Josep,

buena idea esta de las cabinas entrando y saliendo de la fotografía dándole esta perspectiva de descenso-ascenso. Me gusta que la fotografía esté asentada sobre la casa que, horizontalmente, ocupa el fondo y que sobre esta base "estable" aparezca el movimiento del telecabina. Muy bonita. Beautiful composition with the cable cars just perfectly placed over the log house. Wonderful clarity & light especially on the log house. The green foliage BG also is a bonus to show the cable cars very well. Very good composition given you would have little time to capture the moving cable cars in the appropriate place as here. Well done!

La combinacion da las casas de madera con las telecabinas pasando casi por encima de ellas hacen una muy buena composicion, la captaste desde un buen punto de vista. Precioso lugar. Muy buenos colores y definicion, gracias a ti y otros buenos amigos me doy cuenta lo que es Andorra, no tenia una idea que fuera tan precioso lugar.
