Redon, welcome to TE. Black and white cause a dramatic look of the prevailing weather condition at that moment. It looks a cold and severe place. But photographs well!
This photo has great perspective. I really like how the hills and city meet with the dramatic sky in the back ground. This makes your city look attractive. Good choice of B&W. Welcome to TE
