Photographer’s Note

a perfect sunday afternoon, on one of the nicest beaches of the Albanian southern coast, Dhërmi (Drymades)!
It was so windy, that the waves were very violent. We couldn't even play some beach volley, because the ball would fly away off the court.

Hi Madi!
Although it´s a quite simple shot, I like very much what I see. This place looks fantastic. The coasts of the Ionian coasts are really superb. This beach reminds me strongly of Lefkas, the island from which my family stems. I really want to visit Albania one day and make summer vacations there. My impression is that you still have a lot of places which keep their natural beauty. I hope Albanians will be wise enough to preserve that.
